You may read, cite and share our published material with attribution. You may not attempt to access accounts or records that are not yours, disrupt the service, or scrape participant or reviewer information.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been used by someone else. Accounts are for one person; staff and reviewer accounts carry the additional duties set out in the role you accepted.

Our programmes are educational and developmental. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a crisis service, and they do not replace advice from a qualified health professional. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

Participation in any study is voluntary and governed by the participant information sheet and consent form for that study. You may withdraw at any time from your account. Withdrawal does not affect your access to programme material already provided to you.

Authors keep the rights described in the journal policies page. By submitting, you confirm the work is yours, that co-authors have agreed to submission, and that any required approvals for the underlying research were obtained. Editorial decisions rest with the editorial board.

We aim to keep the platform available continuously, but we may need to interrupt it for maintenance or security. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
